Your Support: A lifeline for Mental Health in Wiltshire

Every day, the need for mental health support in our communities grows. More and more people are reaching out, seeking help, and looking for a safe space to talk. Yet, tragically, the funding available to mental health services is shrinking.

This is where Wiltshire Mind steps in.

We’re not funded by the government, and we don’t receive any statutory commissioning. Every single penny that keeps our vital services running comes from the generosity of people like you. And those services are crucial.

Think of us as bridging the gap, providing the support that the NHS simply can’t offer due to increasing demand and limited resources. Each year, we reach around 600 individuals right here in Wiltshire. We offer one-to-one counselling, providing a confidential space for people to explore their feelings and work through challenges. We also run support groups across the county, fostering communities where individuals can share experiences, feel understood, and build resilience together.

These aren’t just numbers; they’re lives changed. They’re individuals finding hope, coping strategies, and a path towards better mental well-being.

But we can’t do it without you.

Your fundraising efforts, no matter how big or small, directly impact our ability to continue this essential work. Every sponsored run, every bake sale, every collection makes a tangible difference. You could be helping someone access the counselling they desperately need, or enabling a support group to continue offering a lifeline to those feeling isolated.

Will you join us in making a difference?

Consider fundraising for Wiltshire Mind. Your commitment will provide a lifeline to hundreds of people in our community, ensuring that when they reach out for help, someone is there to answer.
