Taking time for your wellbeing can be difficult in today’s busy world—but it doesn’t have to be. At The Open Space, Corsham Gymnastics, we’re creating a welcoming, supportive environment where people can slow down, connect, and simply be.
We’re currently running two weekly wellbeing sessions designed to bring people together, reduce isolation, and support mental health in a relaxed and informal way.
🌱 Outdoor Wellbeing
Mondays | 3:00pm – 5:30pm
Our Outdoor Wellbeing session offers a chance to step outside, breathe, and reconnect with nature.
This session is not structured or pressured—participants are invited to engage in ways that feel comfortable. You might:
- Help out in the raised garden beds
- Take part in simple creative activities like painting
- Get involved in small outdoor projects, such as building a fire pit
- Or simply sit, enjoy a tea or coffee, and chat with others
At its heart, this session is about slowing down, being outdoors, and doing what feels right for you.
🎨 Connect and Create
Tuesdays | 2:00pm – 4:30pm
Our Connect and Create session provides a calm, welcoming space—indoors or outdoors—where creativity and connection go hand in hand.
You can:
- Take part in gentle creative or mindful activities
- Join shared activities like a communal jigsaw
- Bring along your own hobbies, such as knitting or crafts
- Or simply spend time relaxing and enjoying a cuppa with others
This session is all about connection—whether that’s through creativity, conversation, or simply sharing a space with others.
💚 A Space for Everyone
Both sessions are:
- Open and informal
- Free from pressure or expectations
- Focused on improving wellbeing and building connections
Whether someone is looking to try something new, meet others, or just take a break, there is space here for them.
