Wellbeing Services

Online Wellbeing Support

Our online Wellbeing Support Sessions take place on the first and third Tuesday of each month, from 6.30pm to 7.45pm. Led by skilled members of the Wiltshire Mind team, these sessions offer a welcoming space where everyone’s experiences are valued equally. Many people find that attending helps them build practical coping skills, feel understood, and grow in confidence. The opportunity to support others can also strengthen self-esteem and create a shared sense of connection.

To ensure the group remains a safe and respectful environment, all participants are asked to agree to a confidentiality agreement. Everyone attending is encouraged to take shared responsibility for how the space is used.

Our wellbeing sessions operate on a self-referral basis. If you would like to join a group, please complete the self-referral form below.

The Open Space – Face to Face Connections

Wiltshire Mind has secured specific funding to pilot a new wellbeing initiative in Corsham, delivered in partnership with Corsham Gymnastics Academy and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

This funding will enable us to support wellbeing within the local community through The Open Space – a welcoming wellbeing hub designed to encourage connection, creativity, time outdoors, and informal peer support.

The Open Space will offer opportunities such as:

  • Wellbeing drop-in sessions, where people can come along informally
  • Outdoor wellbeing activities, making use of the surrounding space
  • Opportunities to connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment
  • Ways to get involved, whether through volunteering, sharing skills, or taking part in community activities

Our aim is to create a space where people can come together, feel supported, and take small positive steps towards improving their wellbeing.
