Adult Counselling
We provide one-to-one counselling support for adults who are suffering with stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or low mood. We listen in a non judgemental way, providing a safe and confidential place to talk.
Face to face sessions are held at our premises in Trowbridge, online sessions are held by video using MS Teams.
You can self refer for counselling using the form on this page.
We generally offer 12 weekly sessions of counselling, and we ask for a £40 contribution per session. Our charity pays the remainder of the cost.
We are very grateful to our grant funders, who continue to support our counselling service. If you are on low income or worried about the cost, please let us know. We are able to offer lower cost sessions at £20 per session

Our counselling is available to anyone in Wiltshire. When you reach out you will be added to a waiting list, before being offered an initial assessment, for a contribution of £20.
Please note Wiltshire Mind does not offer immediate support. There may be a wait for an assessment or for sessions after your assessment, depending on your availability and the current demand.
Our counsellors work and are supervised in accordance with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Code of Ethics & Standards.
By helping you explore your emotions and feelings, counselling enables you to understand your own, and other peoples’ behaviour. Our counsellors help you with coping skills to deal with life events, stresses and daily challenges.
